This is due to engineering work that will affect trains from Monday to Friday (July 13 to July 17).

Most of these will take place late at night.

Engineering work is taking place in the Sutton and East Croydon areas, closing some lines used by Southern overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday (July 13 to July 16):

From approximately 11.30pm until the end of service on Monday to Thursday evenings, stopping trains will call at alternative platforms between Balham and East Croydon.

Additionally, the 11.40pm London Victoria to Sutton train will be diverted to run to East Croydon, where the train will terminate.

A replacement bus will run from East Croydon to Sutton via West Croydon.

Tuesday to Friday (July 14 to July 17):
