A man was allegedly assaulted during a fight in a park in Epsom.
Surrey Police received a report that a fight took place between two individuals on June 10 between 7.30am and 7.50am along Avenue Road leading to Rosebery Park.
A man was reportedly kicked and punched in the face.
Surrey Police is now appealing for witnesses and would like to speak to the driver of a bronze-coloured BMW as the force believes they may be able to assist with enquiries.
