Cancelled Southern trains due to line closures on Sunday

Some Southern trains will be cancelled this weekend due to engineering work.

This will affect trains on Sunday (April 26) only.

Trains will run as normal on Saturday (April 25).

We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.

 

Sunday (April 26):

Engineering work is taking place between Balham and Crystal Palace, closing all lines.

Trains that run between London Victoria and London Bridge (via Crystal Palace) will run between Crystal Palace and London Bridge only. 

No trains will run between Balham and Crystal Palace via West Norwood.

Paper tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Bus routes 201, 249, 255, 315, 322, 417, and 432 between Balham and Crystal Palace.

Engineering work is also taking place between Purley and Gatwick Airport, closing some lines.

All Southern trains will run to an amended timetable with extended journey times between Purley and Gatwick Airport.

Trains between London Victoria and Reigate will be amended to run between Reigate and Redhill only.
