A mystery EuroMillions winner from Croydon has won £619,718.80 on The National Lottery. 

The Croydon driver, known as Mr G, matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star number in the EuroMillions draw on Friday, October 13, and celebrated with fish and chips.

He now plans to use his winnings to treat his family, including a cruise for his sister.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “Wow, what amazing news for Mr. G.

“This life-changing win ‘cod’ really change someone’s life, and by the sounds of it Mr. G will be kindly sharing his fantastic win with his loved ones too."

At National Lottery, players can buy tickets for all of The National Lottery’s draw-based games including EuroMillions, Lotto, Set For Life and Thunderball.

Once they have registered and set up an account, they can also play a range of online Instant Win Games.
