A pub in Croydon has been featured in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide 2024 for the 13th year in a row.

The Green Dragon, located on 60 High Street, has been selected to be in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide thanks to its vast array of cask ales that are frequently rotated.

With eight cask handles, the Green Dragon can interchange ales frequently to feature many different types of ale from low to high ABV and dark to lights meaning that there’s an ale for everybody.

Alongside the ales, a variety of other beers and ciders are available on draught including Peroni and Madri for all to enjoy.

To ensure all the beer is crisp and refreshing, the team at the Green Dragon work with local breweries to provide a variety of unique ales including a selection with tropical and fruity notes as well as everything in between.

Susan Quinn, the General Manager of the Green Dragon pub since 2015, thinks that the pub's success is not just because of the great beer they serve.

She believes it's also because of the team's hard work in taking care of the cellar to make sure the beer tastes really good in every pint.

They also help customers by sharing their knowledge about the different types of beer and helping them choose the right one.

Susan said: “I am extremely proud of the Green Dragon being featured in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide.

“The team and I are dedicated to ensuring we have a wide selection of ales and beers available.

“We want to be able to cater to all tastes which is why we rotate the ales so regularly and have a variety of flavours.

“We look forward to welcoming new customers and old customers alike to enjoy all the best of what the Green Dragon has to offer!”

The Green Dragon is open every day from 12pm, closing at 11pm between Monday and Thursday, 1am on Friday and Saturday, and 10pm on Sunday.
