Sanderstead's Anna Smith won her tenth doubles title at the ITF $25,000 tournament in Valladolid on Saturday.
Partnering Austrian Melanie Klauffner, the 21-year-old beat Spanish pairing Yera Campos-Molina and Leticia Costas-Moreira in a final first to 10 set 10-7 after the first two sets finished 6-3 2-6.
Smith went into the tournament on the back of reaching the last 16 in the mixed doubles at Wimbledon and went straight into the quarter-finals thanks to a bye.
The pair, seeded first, then beat Arablea Fernandez-Rabener of Spain and Margarita Lazareva of Russia in straight sets, winning 6-4 6-0 before facing Croatia's Maria Abramovic and Australia's Jade Hopper in the semi-final.
Having lost the first set 6-2 they recovered to win the second 6-2 before taking the final set 10-4 to set up the tense final which they eventually triumphed in.
