Leatherhead boss Richard Brady is sitting on an unbeaten start to the Ryman Division One South season, and back-to-back wins, but he said the team is nowhere near top gear yet.
Goals from Tom Bradbrook and Mohamed Eisa did for Redhill in a 2-1 win on Saturday. Bradbrook was on target twice on Monday, and a Darren Smith penalty sealed a 3-0 win over Chipstead at Fetcham Grove.
Now the Tanners have the small matter of the FA Cup preliminary round clash against divisional rivals Tooting & Mitcham this weekend to look forward to.
However, Brady is looking at it as just another game, and another chance to kick-start their season.
“We’ve started the season well enough, but there is still a lot more to come,” he said.
“We should have beaten Chipstead by about seven goals, so it is clear to me that we have not kicked into top gear just yet. We have good players here and hopefully we will have an all-singing, all-dancing side soon enough.”

Brady’s biggest concern is with how his charges are starting games. A slow start against Redhill and Horsham saw them concede the first goal and have to come back to claim any points.
Brady said: “It’s a concern. Even against Chipstead we started slowly, and we cannot afford to do that.
“But every manager will tell you the same, there are many games ahead of us and there will many chops and changes.
“We can’t really have an idea of how we’re going because we’re only six games into the season, but we can iron out the slow start.”
Tooting & Mitcham go to Fetcham Grove on Saturday on the back of their first league win of the season on Monday – a 5-1 demolition of Corinthian Casuals.
And while Brady loves the FA Cup, he finds the early stages an odd experience.
“At the beginning you’re so far from anything significant that it is a little strange.
“But everyone knows the financial implications of progressing in the competition.”
He added: “It will be normal game against Tooting, just like a league game because we know each other so well.
“There’s no denying it’s a great competition, but right now, it’s just another game.”
