Having finished the 2000-1 season on a high, winning every match in the first division with an overall 101 goal lead, Purley Ladies Lacrosse team are now preparing for next season in the Premier league, beginning mid September.
After promotion success last season, including two club members' selection for the U18 and U21 England Squads, they are looking to strengthen the squads by recruiting new members.
Although the Season ended in mid April, several mixed matches are planned for the Summer, providing an ideal opportunity to meet the teams and get involved in Lacrosse, either for the first time or again.
Purley Ladies Lacrosse has members ranging from 14 to mid 30s (and beyond!). Anyone interested should contact Purley Sports Club on 020 8660 0608.
