A 24-year-old man who admitted taking photos up a woman’s skirt in a Colliers Wood shop after he was caught red-handed has been fined.

In the CCTV he looks both ways along the aisle in the Tandem Centre’s branch of Boots before leaning backwards and putting his phone between her legs.

Not satisfied, he does the same again, this time from a crouching position.

He was challenged by a security guard who made him leave the shop.

Police released the footage of the act, and the man walking out of the shop on November 5 thinking he had not been noticed.

After an extensive police appeal, Lewis Baalham, of Pout Road, Snodland, in Kent, was charged with one count of outraging public decency.

On his Facebook page Baalham appears to be a family man with lots of photographs of his partner and a baby.

It says he works at Maiford Limited, a fencing contractor in Kent.

He admitted the charge and was sentenced yesterday, Wednesday, January 27 at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court.

He had to pay £460 as a fine, a victim surcharge of £46 and costs of £85.
