A suspect in a violent Wimbledon burglary last month appeared in court from behind frosted glass today.
Oskar Pawlowichz, 29, spoke only to confirm his name at the short hearing at Kingston Crown Court.
Detective Inspector Dan O’Sullivan, heading the investigation, and the burglary victims academic Paul Kohler and Samantha MacArthur, sat in the public gallery.
Judge Susan Tapping assigned a plea and case management hearing for Mr Pawlowichz to be held with two other suspects.
Pawel Honc, 23, of no fixed address, and Mariusz Tomaszewski, 32, of Crusoe Road, Mitcham, will also appear with Mr Pawlowichz at Kingston Crown Court in November.
Honc has admitted aggravated burglary and grievous bodily harm.
Tomaszewski and Pawlowichz are due to enter pleas at the next hearing in November.
The burglary in which Mr Kohler suffered life-changing injuries happened in Kings Road, Wimbledon, on August 11.
