A pensioner had to be taken to hospital after he caught his testicles in a shower seat last week.

Tooting fire crews were called out to the man's house in Tooting on May 7 to help cut him free after he got stuck in the seat, which elderly people often use so they can sit down while taking a shower.

He was taken to St George's Hospital but was able to go home shortly after.
