Rides at Chessington World of Adventures have been evacuated for the second time in three days after another major power cut.
Parts of Chessingston, including Silverglade Business Park in Leatherhead Road and Cox Lane have also had their electricity cut off in the last few hours.
Fire fighters have been called out to fire alarms set off by the power surge at industrial units this lunchtime.
Visitors to Chessington World of Adventures were stuck on rides for up to three hours on Saturday evening, as fire crews helped get them down.
A Chessington spokesman said this afternoon: “Rides are currently being evacuated as swiftly as possible using the park's well rehearsed emergency procedures, and the park is awaiting further news from the local electrical supply company as to how long the power may be down.”
