An exams officer at a Sutton Secondary School has completed two marathons under the cover of darkness in aid of breast cancer charity ‘Walk the Walk’.
Sutton High's Julie White, 49, has raised more than £500 having completed both the London and Edinburgh Moon Walks.
Completing the walk in the capital on May 16 in a personal best time of 6 hours 19 minutes, Mrs White backed this up with the challenge in Scotland on June 13, the tenth Moon Walk she has completed.
She said: "Everyone will know someone who has suffered or will suffer from cancer."
Mrs White has no intention of stopping and will take on London Edinburgh and a walk in Iceland next year.
