Police arrested a 32-year-old man for aircraft endangerment
A man has been arrested for shining a laser beam at the pilot of a Met Police helicopter.
The crew of the India 99 Air Support Unit were targeted as they flew over Sutton on Thursday, October 23.
Officers on the ground arrested a 32-year-old man carrying a laser pen, after they searched the area of Rosehill Park West.
The man, who was arrested for aircraft endangerment, has been bailed until early November.
