Detectives investigating the death of PC Andrew Duncan have arrested two further men.
The Merton traffic officer, who lived in East Molesey, was killed after being run over in the early hours of Friday, September 20, during an enforcement operation in Reigate Avenue, Sutton, near the Rosehill roundabout.
The men aged 19 and aged 23 are in custody at a south London police station, the Metropolitan Police announced last night.
It follows yesterday's court appearance of Gary Bromige, 25, from South Norwood, who is charged with causing death by dangerous driving; failing to stop at the scene of an accident; failing to report an accident; and driving without insurance.
Mr Bromige has been remanded in custody to appear at Kingston Crown Court on October 7.
Two men aged 19 and 20, who were arrested on Sunday evening, have been bailed until a date in October.
On Saturday a woman was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. She has since been bailed until a date in October.
