A signalling problem between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo is leading to delays of up to 20 minutes this morning. 

London Waterloo loop services via Hounslow and Richmond are not running.

Trains travelling towards London are unable to call at Queenstown Road. Passengers are advised to travel to Vauxhall where they will be able to connect to a service to to Queenstown Road.

London Underground services are accepting tickets on reasonable routes.

Delays are likely to be in place until 10am.
