Delays are expected between Cobham services and junction 10 on the M25
A broken down lorry at Cobham services on the M25 has caused anti-clockwise rush hour delays to junction 10 at the A3 Wisley Interchange.
The lorry is reported to be on the hard shoulder but is still slowing traffic.
