Police are appealing for information on two missing teenage girls they believe could be in Croydon.

Nicola Barnes, 15, left an address in Weedon at about 4.15pm Monday to go for a walk in the village.

The teenager, from Buckinghamshire, was last seen at Worthing train station at about 10pm yesterday.

She is believed to be with Crawley teenager, Destiny Fossey, 15, who was reported missing at 8.30pm yesterday.

Sussex police believe the teenagers may have travelled to Croydon or Brighton.

Nicola was described as white, 5ft tall and of slim build.

She has long brown hair which she often wears in a ponytail and was last seen wearing blue jeans with a green top and black trainers.

Destiny was described as 5ft 6in tall and of slim build with black hair.

She was last seen wearing a grey cap, blue jeans and a black crop top.

Ian Vasey, missing persons co-ordinator at Sussex police said: "We are concerned about the girls and would like to hear from anyone who may have seen them or perhaps knows of their whereabouts."
