Burglars fleeing the police crashed their getaway car at the Rosehill Roundabout before running away, Sutton police have said.
The police, who had to chase the suspects on foot after they abandoned their wrecked car, managed to arrest one person after the crash at around 6pm on Thursday, March 2.
Witness Lorraine McDonald said two men fled the car and claimed police tazered one of the men in nearby Newhouse Walk.
Sutton police later discovered the crashed car was a stolen vehicle from a previous burglary.
