An apprenticeship open day will showcase 38 opportunities from a high street bank and a large construction company, as well as giving 16-24 year olds the chance to get general support and advice about apprenticeships and jobs.
The event is being run by Lambeth college and Lambeth Council.
A Lambeth Council spokesman said: “To emphasise our commitment, we are also recruiting an Apprenticeship Coordinator who will increase the number apprenticeship opportunities in the borough by working with local people, businesses and apprenticeship training providers.”
The event runs from 1pm to 5pm on Wednesday, September 12, at Lambeth College Hub Space, Lambeth College, Clapham Campus, 45 Clapham Common South Side.
