The man who was killed after a car ploughed into him on Saturday has been named as Adam Lyas.
Mr Lyas, 41, was believed to have fallen in the road when he was hit by a Ford Ka in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A postmortem today revealed Mr Lyas died from a pierced lung.
A 44-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol.
He has been bailed to return in early July pending further police inquiries.
