A schoolboy killed in a car accident could be the key to a woman finding her estranged father.
Mei-Yee Li, 34, who lives on the Isle of Man, has not seen her father since he left home when she was aged just two.
She recently learnt from a former friend of her father that he had moved to Wallington from the Isle of Man, where he had started a new family.
He told her the family moved away from the area six years ago, shortly after the death of her half brother, Jimmy, in a car crash.
A woman at his former address confirmed the family living there had moved away after the death of their son in a car accident.
She believes it was Wallington County Grammar School pupil Jimmy Li, who died in a car crash in January 2006.
The 34-year-old said her father's name was on his death certificate.
She has contacted the school to see if it is able to provide her with further information about Jimmy - as well as with some of his childhood friends.
She said: "I really want anyone who knew Jimmy or my father during their time in Wallington to help me."
"I want to find my father, my half sister, and learn more about a half brother I never knew."
