A new apprenticeship scheme is being launched to boost youth employment rates.
A dozen applicants will be chosen to enrol on courses providing training in office skills, IT, and housing, as part of a joint venture between Lambeth College and Lambeth Living.
Apprentices will gain a recognised qualification when they complete the two year programme.
Neil Litherland, Chief Executive of Lambeth Living, said: “There are lots of talented youngsters out there and we aim to give 12 of them a strong start to their careers working for Lambeth residents”.
