A man was given a ticking off by police after being found slumped asleep with his trousers down close to Sutton High Street.
A PCSO patrolling the area found the 31-year-old on the front steps to the communal door of a block of flats in Elm Grove, Sutton, on Thursday, March 29, at 3.30pm.
A police spokesman said the man was given "strong words of advice".
He said: "The PCSO asked the man to pull up his trousers and emptied an open can of beer which the man had in his possession.
"The man then left the area quietly."
