An estimated 6,000 people turned out last Friday to take part in the 10th Cobham Extravaganza which was hailed by organiser Ken Pursey as the best ever.
Bill Pertwee, of Dad's Army fame, joined revellers to switch on the Christmas lights, and Chelsea football star Arjen Robben was on hand to sign autographs. Mr Pursey said: "Next year will be even bigger."
