Ever wondered how Croydon will look in 10 years time? If so you can get a sneak preview when the Future of Croydon exhibition opens next Tuesday.
Several major building projects will transform the face of our town by 2014, so Croydon Marketing and Development (CMD) is hosting a month-long show in the Croydon Clocktower from Tuesday, September 14 to highlight the exciting plans.
Croydon town centre is anticipating more than £2billion worth of investment in the next five years, of which £1.75billion is targeted for a redevelopment covering the Gateway site, Fairfield, and Park Place.
The Future of Croydon exhibition will highlight these and other local developments, with models, drawings and developers on hand to answer questions from the public.
The main sponsor is Arrowcroft Croydon Council's development partner for the East Croydon Gateway site, where they plan to build a 12,500 seated arena.
The exhibition will run in Croydon Clocktower from Tuesday, September 14 until Sunday, October 10.
