A funeral director is hoping his business will recover after the scaffolding obscuring his shopfront was taken down.
Cliff Hollett opened the business 18 months ago but 11 months in, major scaffolding was put up against the building in Station Road, South Norwood.
To raise the profile of the business called Cliff Hollett Funeral Directors Limited an open day was held complete with a horse-drawn funeral carriage.
Cliff said: "Horse-drawn funerals are definitely getting more popular."
He added the difference in the service he offers is that it is more personal than that of the larger chains.
