Parentline Plus is appealing for volunteers to work on its helpline.
The Croydon-based charity has seen an increase in the number of parents and carers calling for support and information and needs more volunteers to help meet the demand.
Louise Butcher, area manager for the Croydon centre, said: "We're looking for anyone with parenting experience to come and join our dedicated team. It's not just mums and dads who volunteer, you could be a grandparent, teacher, foster parent or step parent.
