Scouts and Guides raise funds by paddling 275km!
From Community Correspondent Christine Wicks: Eighty members of the 2nd Malden Scout Group and 28th Wimbledon Guides combined in a twelve hour Paddleathon to raise money for the Joshua Deller Trust. Joshua suffers from Neuroblastoma – a very rare and often fatal childhood cancer and members of his family joined the cubs, scouts and guides to complete over 11,000 lengths of the Wimbledon College Pool, a total of 275km.
