A front seat passenger was critically injured after the car in which he was travelling crashed into a wall in Longmead Road, Epsom, at about 11.55pm on Saturday.
The dark coloured Citroen was being driven at speed and failed to negotiate the roundabout with Almond Road.
The driver braked hard leaving long skid marks on the road but crashed into the wall edging the roundabout.
A man in his 30s with head and chest injuries and a man in his 20s with neck and abdomen injuries were taken to St Helier Hospital.
Police have appealed for witnesses who saw the accident or who saw the car immediately beforehand to contact the police investigation unit on 01483 639922.
A 15-year-old pedestrian was taken to St Helier Hospital at 8.12am on Saturday after he was injured when he was involved in an accident with a car as he crossed College Road, Epsom.
