A man has been charged with attempted murder after a person was stabbed in broad daylight.
Armand Salillari, 50, of Tenbury Close in Forest Gate, is accused of attempting to murder a man on Friday (February 24).
Officers were called to St Johns Hill at the junction of Falcon Road in Clapham Junction at around 1pm after reports of a stabbing.
A man in his 40s was found with injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains.
His condition has been confirmed as not life-threatening or changing.
As well as attempted murder, Salillari is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon in public.
It is said that inside the Falcon Pub he was carrying a small fixed blade kitchen knife.
He will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday (February 26).
