Detectives investigating the death of a 68-year-old woman who was strangled have charged a man with her murder.
Barry Levitt, 36, was arrested after Celia Levitt was found unresponsive at a property in Stoneleigh Road on Friday (August 31).
A post-mortem examination confirmed the cause of death was compression to the neck, police said.
Barry Levitt will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Scotland Yard said Ms Levitt's family have been informed.
