A new Indian restaurant is open for business.
Apna Cuisine held its grand opening on Tuesday and the store's owner thinks the "traditional dishes with a twist" will win customers over.
"Our aim is to reach out and cater to the local and surrounding communities and lovers of Indian Cuisine," Shalim Uddin said.
"'Being in this business for over 30 years has made this project extremely exciting for myself and and my business partners Kazi Shahid and Kamrul Islam.
"We have created a modern menu to impress the palates of our customers with our special selection of traditional dishes with a twist. We aspire to give customers a finer taste of contemporary Indian cuisine using traditional flavours."
The restaurant is located at 25 Portland Road, South Norwood.
