Flora and Fit, a new Sutton personal training mobile service, is offering classes for women in Sutton.
Flora Chambers, a certified personal trainer with a law degree, is available to come to your home or to an outside space for classes.
All appropriate equipment will be provided by Flora and Fit.
Ms Chambers specialises in female training for weight loss and gain.
