Ice cream connoisseurs can help themselves to a free cone today as part of a global celebration.
Ben & Jerry’s is giving out free cones in its stores worldwide – including in the St Nicholas Centre in Sutton – today (Tuesday, April 4).
The cold treat conglomerate first launched the free cone day in 1979 as a way of thanking customers after tis first year of business in a renovated petrol station in Vermont, USA.
