Tony Gorton has been found in Hersham after being missing since Monday
An 80-year-old man who has been missing since Monday has been found in Hersham.
Tony Gorton, who has dementia, went missing from his St George’s Hill home in Weybridge just after 2pm on Monday.
Surrey Police officers said that Mr Gorton had been located in Hersham earlier today.
Numerous officers, including dog units and a police helicopter, helped to find Mr Gorton along with teams from Surrey Search and Rescue.
Surrey Police have also thanked members of the public for their help in the search.
