Commonwealth Games gold medallist Paul Drinkhall took time out to help promote his sport as part of a scheme offering free table tennis across the town this summer.
Drinkhall, the British number two, was at Centrale shopping centre on July 16 to help players competing in an impromtu tournament.
More than 25 tables have been placed across Croydon until August 21 for Ping!, a project promoting the sport.
