Letter to the Editor: U-turn about council HQ is typical
I suppose it is not surprising that Councillor Simon Hall, in charge of finance, has now changed his mind about Bernard Weatherill House (Your Say, November 5).
It is so typically Labour.
Before they came to power in May, the building was an abomination, but now that they are in control and the building has won a prestigious architecture award, it is, according to Mr. Hall, a “fantastic building”.
