Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was left with a broken leg following an accident with a car and a moped.
The 19-year-old man also suffered head injuries after the collision on Monday, September 8 in Bushey Road, Merton at about at 8.30pm.
Police were called and the man was taken to a south London hospital where he remains – although his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The man driving the car, a white Kia, stopped following the crash, as did the woman who was riding the moped.
Neither were arrested. Detectives from Merton Neighbourhood Crime Unit are continuing their investigation.
