It was so successful last year, that the Walton Goose Fayre is returning this year to take the area back to Tudor times.
Walton was originally granted permission to hold the fayre by Henry VIII in 1516, and it returns for 2014 on Saturday, September 20.
Visitors will enjoy a goose hunt, a performance and a parade, in which children can make their own crowns to wear.
The fayre has been organised by the Walton Business Group for Bridge Street, Walton, which will be filled with stalls, rides and entertainment from 9am to 5pm.
WBG director Sarah-Jane Shellard said: "We are delighted to be running this event again after the Enterprise Elmbridge grant helped us last year."
