Six people were injured in a car crash last night with three needing hospital treatment.
Police were called to the crash between a blue BMW and a Mazda in West Farm Avenue, Ashtead, at 7.12pm.
Three people in the BMW were taken to St George’s Hospital in Tooting while the three people in the Mazda 5 only suffered minor injuries according to police.
A Surrey Police spokeswoman said one BMW passenger had a suspected head injury, which was not "life changing", and another had relatively minor injuries.
She said: "The driver was suspected of having broken bones. The driver of the second vehicle and two passengers had minor injuries."
