An IT distributing company has submitted plans to turn its Chessington office space into 28 residential apartments.
Northamber Plc, based in Davis Road on the edge of the Cox Lane industrial estate, wants to create one, two and three-bedroom units with parking on the site currently used for sales and marketing.
A consultation will close on Friday, April 18.
