A raft of top boxers pulled no punches on a visit to a Croydon school.
Former British and Commonwealth Heavyweight champions Derek Williams and Julian Francis, World Light-middleweight champions Richard Williams and Maurice Hope and two-time British bantamweight title holder Ian Napa all donned their gloves and stepped into the ring at Beckmead School in Monks Orchard Road.
As well as sparring with pupils and dishing out boxing tips, the ring legends also talked to pupils about their careers.
Their vist was part of outreach work to inspire youths and encourage them to keep away from gangs.
