Crystal Palace fan and acclaimed comedian Eddie Izzard has apparently confirmed that he will stand for London Mayor in 2020.
Mr Izzard reportedly told cheerful delegates his intentions at the Labour Party Conference in Brighton earlier today.
Mr Izzard is a self confessed Eagles fan and earlier this summer he gave an exclusive interview with the Croydon Guardian about his hopes for the season.
