Two people were cut from a car and taken to hospital with life threatening injuries after a serious accident in Walton last night.
Firefighters and police officers were called to Molesey Road at about 10.30pm on Monday, September 23, after a Toyota Corolla, which was travelling from Hersham towards Hampton Court, hit two parked cars.
Three fire engines attended the scene and cut two people from the silver Toyota.
The 19-year-old male driver and his passenger, a 17-year-old man, were unconscious when extracted from the car and were taken with life-threatening injuries to St George’s Hospital, Tooting by South East Coast Ambulance Service.
An Esher firefighter said: “From what I understand, it was quite a nasty accident and the people involved were in a bad way.”
Molesey Road was closed while the emergency services attended and investigators examined the scene.
Surrey Police is now appealing for anyone who saw the collision to contact them on 101, quoting reference P13291175.
