Firefighters rescued a young fox stuck beneath a shed in New Malden this afternoon.
The blue watch crew from New Malden fire station were called to George Road just after 5pm, to find the animal caught between a fence and a small wooden shed.
Watch manager Steve Preston said: "He was a younger fox, probably one of this year's.
"He'd got his body stuck underneath the shed, and the crew just moved the shed forward.
"We sent him on his merry way in full health."
