Dozens of football teams gathered in Mitcham on Sunday to take part in Mitcham Park Football Club’s annual open day.
Clubs from across the area were invited to their home turf to play a series of friendly matches and enjoy a barbecue.
The event was attended by the fire service, police and members of the Crystal Palace Foundation who offered to referee a match for the club.
Marc Greasby, event and fund raising secretary for the club, said: "It was a fantastic day and very successful.
"All our teams managed to play a friendly and were all in good spirits."
The club, which caters for eight to 16-year-olds, was established in 2011 and has already been granted F.A. Charter Standard and named Surrey Club of the Year 2013.
