Two teenage boys charged after blaze in derelict building
Two teenage boys been charged with criminal damage by fire after a blaze at a derelict building on Friday.
Epsom and Ewell Neighbourhood Inspector Craig Knight said one of his officers spotted smoke while in the Hollymoor Lane area of Epsom.
Insp Knight said: "She gained access to the building and the fire brigade put out the fire."
He said police carried out house-to-house enquiries and arrested two teenagers, adding: "It was a nice tidy investigation."
