Shoppers that download the app will get a £5 Whitgiftcard
Shoppers can get a free £5 Whitgift card from today by downloading the shopping centre's new app.
A dedicated download zone will be in Whitgift Square between Friday, August 9 and Sunday, August 11, that will provide shoppers with free WiFi to enable them to download the application.
The first 300 shoppers who visit the download zone between 12pm and 4pm each day and download the app will receive the free gift card.
The Whitgift card is accepted by all Whitgift stores and restaurants that use Mastercard's payment systems, including Boots, New Look and Superdry.
