Two Croydon men have been charged with the manslaughter of a Polish man in Streatham.
Viktor Tarasov, 38, of Aurelia Road, Croydon, Valodia Tarasov, 34, of Abingdon Road, Norbury and Juruius Tarasov, 32, of Howard House, Barrington Road, Stockwell, have all been charged with the manslaughter of Pawel Pacholak.
The 37-year-old was found dead in Albert Carr Gardens on Sunday, January 13.
London Ambulance called police at 11.50am to reports of a man found deceased, and Mr Pacholak, of no fixed address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination gave cause of death as multiple injuries.
All three men are due to appear at Camberwell Magistrates Court this morning.
